TWO MONTHS!
Stenny had his two month appointment today! The craziest thing - - Stenn and Jack were both exactly 11 pounds on the nose at their two month appointment! The funny thing is Jack's record says 75th percentile in weight and Stenn's says 30th - Hmmmm. And I looked tonight - is it possible?? Stenn's head is (and was when he came out) actually BIGGER than Jack's!!!!! No wonder the two nurses giving him the APGAR yelled out "Whoa!" when they measured his head! Today Stenn's head measured 16 inches (55% - it grew an 1 1/2 since birth) and he is 23 inches long (55% - a growth of 3 1/4 inches!). Jack's head was 14 1/4 at birth and 15 3/4 at 2 months - and people always mention HOW BIG Jack's head is . . . uh oh - what does that say about Stenn?

knock...knock... SURPRISE!!!!!!
Guess who showed up at our door ALLLLLL THE WAY FROM HERSHEY PENNSYLVANIA!!!!?????!!!!! SUSAN!!!!
For those of you that do not know - Susie is very close to our family. I met the Transeth family when I was 16, that was when I began babysitting her two boys Chase and Stenn! The Transeths have been a huge part of my life/our lives for so many years. They truly are an extension of our family. They have been soooo amazing to us for so many years and treat us as though we are one of their own - in turn - we had a Stenn too! It was a way to honor them and show our love. We also think the name is fantastic! Susan said she could no longer handle seeing everyone on the blog meeting Baby Stenn and her being so far away - soooo she planned it with my mom and Patrick and showed up on our door step Wednesday afternoon!!! She called and said to call her back, that there was something for me on my doorstep!!! One of the biggest surprises of my life!!! She immediately helped me with the house cleaning and organization - she treated us to dinner and played with the boys. It is fun for her that I have too boys as well!
Taken about 2 minutes after she arrived - we immediately whipped out the camera!
Jack loves Auntie Susie!
Don's cousin from Norway knitted "Big Stenn" this traditional, Norwegian, baby patterned sweater when he was born. Suz dug it out of her Stenn's baby box and flew it out here with her so our Stenny could take a picture in it. So special and meaningful - thank you for that Susie.
Jack and I were hit with the stomach flu last week - so he needed some time outside. And yes ---- Jack got sick again - - - - and yes he gave it to SUSAN while she was visiting California!! I feel horrible!
Words cannot thank Susie enough for the 3000 mile away surprise! It means the world to us!!!

More visitors!
Brother snuggle time on the couch! Jack continues to amaze us with how precious he is with his brother! Such a good helper - we feel so blessed!
Tony stopped by to meet Stenn - he practiced feeding Stenn, something he will be doing a lot since he has a new niece, Mariana, who is only 5 weeks younger than Stenn!
A weekend visit from Nicole and Sawyer! This is only the third time I have spent with Sawyer - the first was when he was only 4 days old, then only a few months old! Now he is already 10 1/2 months and has such a precious demeanor! He loved watching Jack, was very intrigued with Baby Stenn, is a fantastic eater and LOVES his mama!!!! Isn't he beautiful?
The boys dined together . . .
sat together . . .
played fire trucks in their matching fire truck pajamas together ...
and had a wonderful time being boys together!
Nicole gave LOTS and LOTS of snuggles to Stenny and treated us to an awesome Mexican dinner! Jack loved that Nicole loved playing puzzles too! He is a BIG "puzzler" now a days!!!! Thank you SOOOO much for taking the time to hop on a plane and spoil us with your time and love!
