Austin, Texas!

This last week my mom, Jack and I joined Patrick on his business trip in Austin! At the 11th hour James and Carrie came! Keller Williams and Patrick have been trying get James to come over for some time now! Unfortunately no pictures of Jim and P but great one of the kids! Charlie actually taught Jack how to REALLY share this week! They even fed one another throughout an entire meal! He is usually an indian giver. They would also have nothing to do with their own sippy cups - they had much rather exchange! Jack once again did EXCELLENT on the plane rides! Think Thursday was his 24th individual plane! In the last few weeks Jack has taken 2 1/2 to three steps here and there - bizarrely he does it on the bed too. After the 3 steps though - he is down and crawling again! Life is getting busy with Mr. Jackie P!

Happy Birthday Grandpa Bill

The Woods take an annual trip for Bill's birthday to Tahoe. Fun memories for all of us!

Birthday dinner

A few years ago we began the tradition of going down the Truckee River. Last year 6 week old Jack stayed behind with Grandma - this year sun-screened and life vested, he got to experience the adventure!

Summer time FUN! Gotta love Wal-Mart!

It turned out to be more exciting to be outside of the pool and throws things into it rather than inside the pool and throw things out!

All BOY - All FUN!

Recently Jack got his first fire truck - he LOVES it! He takes his dump truck, fire truck and cement mixer and travels all throughout the house!

Playing on a couch or bed is something that REVS jack up! The second he is on either he goes crazy!

Jack has been saying "thank you" for about a month now. Instead of "please" when he asks for things, he says "thank you". P calls in an assumptive close! He will also say it if he hears others say it or when he receives something. Not sure if he even knows what it means but it is fun to hear (especially since he sounds Vietnamese)!

Happy Birthday

On Sunday my mom, Jack and I drove down to the Peninsula to spend time with Robin and her mom for my birthday - A more or less annual tradition. We had not taken any photos together in a long time so my mom started snapping!

Robin has a beautiful backyard with fountains, an antique swing and foliage everywhere!

Robin and her husband Ronnie. Ronnie gave Jack an original Tonka Truck from the early 1900's! He is a collector of antiques! Jack has not stopped playing with it since we have been home.

The next day we went to the traditional birthday destination, Scoma's Restaurant, on the wharf in San Francisco.
