At 14 months I thought it was about time Jack got a big boy car seat and left his infant car seat. They would not sell it to me unless he was 20 lbs. They had me put him on the scale and I was looking at the #s go up thinking to myself like the old game show "no whammies, no whammies" and STOP! THANKS to TWO huge meals, a wet diaper, heavy pants and rubber sneakers - Jack made it by 12 ounces!
We went to go visit my almost 94 year old grandpa on Monday who recently had surgery. The first thing he asked me was if he was walking. I told him just small groupings of steps here and there. At that moment I put him on the 1970's shag carpet and in front of our eyes OFF HE WENT! Was fun for my grandpa to be there!

He looks so grown up in his jeans. So cute. I can't believe the store made you weigh him. Never heard such a thing. I think our boys weigh the same.
He's precious! Congrats on the walking!!
Gina, I am partial to boys...and Jack is a CUTE ONE at that! So adorable. Now that he's walking...you better get your sneakers on so you can keep up.
